We offer a full refund within 30 days of your DevTray purchase, no questions asked.
Email support@devtray.app from the address used at checkout. Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation email). Refunds are processed within 5 business days through Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record).
Your license key is revoked server-side immediately on refund. The DevTray app will detect the revocation on its next launch or weekly heartbeat and revert to the trial-expired state. Snippets save/edit and Settings → Tools customization will be gated; all 13 tools and Spotlight will continue to work for free.
Refunds outside the 30-day window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis — write us at support@devtray.app.
